Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Important Note

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. After this period, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item is in original, unused condition
  • All original tags and labels are still attached
  • Item is free from any odors, stains, or damage
  • Original packaging and accessories are included
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Underwear and intimate apparel
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed according to the following timeline:

  • Credit Card: 3-5 business days
  • PayPal: 2-3 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 5-7 business days
Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot process refunds to different payment methods or accounts.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time for your exchange.

For exchanges due to defective or incorrectly shipped items, please contact us immediately and we'll prioritize your exchange at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Free Returns: We provide prepaid return shipping labels for all returns within the United States.

International Returns: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Shipping Recommendation

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. Vale Store is not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

For quality issues discovered after initial wear, please contact us with details and photos. We stand behind our products and will work to resolve any quality concerns.
